Child Development Program
Title: Teacher (Nashua)
Job Summary:
The Teacher has primary responsibility for the overall health and safety of the infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in the program. S/He works as a member of the classroom team in forming trusting relationships with the children and families, developing lesson plans, ongoing assessment, and general classroom management.
Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age and have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 12 credits in ECE, three of which must be in Human Growth and Development. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. All hiring is subject to NH Code Administrative Rules and federal Head Start Performance Standards and mandates for professional accreditation.
Title: Family Worker (Hudson)
Job Summary & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field; minimum of Associates required. Home visiting experience with a diverse clientele of parents and children. Bilingual skills a plus.
Community Health and Nutrition Services
Title: Community Health and Nutrition Services Nutrition Coordinator
Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of nutrition and health services to participating WIC/CSFPIFMNP/ SFSP/TEFAP participants and regularly monitors the quality of those services to ensure program integrity
Qualifications:
Minimum of BS degree from accredited college or university, with a major focus on nutrition or the equivalent course work. Two years of full time professional experience in nutrition. Successful completion of an internship in hospital dietetics or community nutrition approved by the American Dietetic Association; may be substituted for one year of the required experience. One year as a Public Health Nutrition Trainee or a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from an accredited college of university; may be substituted for all the required experience.
Energy Program
Title: Weatherization Auditor
Job Summary & Qualifications:
Experienced Energy Auditor for CAP Weatherization program to perform field energy audits of low income residential properties; record the data in written and computerized formats to determine cost effectiveness of conservation measures needed; generate work order specs for the contractors. Conduct proper follow through and field inspections to assure quality installations and client satisfaction. Must be familiar with and experienced in residential construction and energy related measures, able to obtain state certification, have a valid driving license, and be computer literate.

Job Summary & Qualifications:
The incumbent performs routine building maintenance and janitorial tasks. He/she maintains buildings/surrounding grounds in a clean/neat condition. Work is performed in accordance with standardized or prior instruction.
NH Employment Program (NHEP)
Title: Employment Counselor Specialist (NH Works Nashua)
Job Summary:
The NHEP Employment Counselor Specialist delivers employment, training, barrier resolution, education, job preparation, and support services to a diverse TANF population within a tri-agency collaboration and partner agencies for the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP).
Qualifications:
Work experience with low income adults; experience assessing job skills using variety of tools, developing & monitoring progress toward job goals; job counseling; arranging job training & support services; experience working with State & community-based agencies; experience working in team-based setting; computer literate; strong organization & writing skills; ability to multi-task & set priorities in managing caseloads of 80-100; must be able to motivate and inspire individuals to move forward; approach challenges in a positive, pro-active way; and demonstrate a high degree of professional ethics and behavior at all times. Spanish-speaking ability a plus.
