The New Hampshire Employment Program is New Hampshire's primary welfare reform effort designed to promote economic independence and help maintain and strengthen family life by enabling able-bodied welfare recipients with dependent children to assume responsibility for their families through work.

and the New Hampshire Division of Employment Security to form an inter-agency-team.
